SMS & Phone Data
When you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages:
- Your phone number is used exclusively to send check-in messages and service notifications.
- Message frequency varies based on your check-in schedule, typically 1–3 messages per day.
- Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Your SMS opt-in consent and phone number are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Your phone number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages.
- You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

- Trusted Contacts: When you miss a check-in, we notify your designated Trusted Contacts with your name and a message indicating you haven't responded.

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

- You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message
